What is included in a booking?
Every booking includes high-speed fibre Wi-Fi, a design-led seat in the studio, filtered water, and access to the kitchen corner. The Session and Day Pass add a complimentary drink; the Day Pass goes further with a screen extension and noise-cancelling headphones.
Can I book by the hour?
Yes — The Hour works exactly like that. Book from one hour, and if the studio is quiet you're welcome to extend in place at the hourly rate.
Can I book for the full day?
The Day Pass gives you the studio from early bird access until closing (~12 working hours), including a drink, screen extension and headphones.
Can I change my booking?
Yes — move your session free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts, subject to availability for your new time.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 24 hours ahead for a full refund or studio credit. Inside 24 hours, workspace bookings convert to credit; private hire deposits follow the terms on your quote.
